This year’s display brings together a versatile cross‑section of machines designed for everything from traditional livestock units and mixed farms to large‑scale arable enterprises and construction applications, combining compact dimensions, and advanced operator technologies for maximum productivity in all environments.

Compact Agricultural Telehandlers
The compact range offers exceptional manoeuvrability without compromising performance:

    • TF27.6 - delivering a 2.7 tonne lift capacity and 6 metre lift height, powered by a Rehlko 75hp, stage V engine and hydrostatic transmission for smooth, precise control in confined farmyards and buildings.
    • TF30.7 - offering 3.0 tonne capacity and 7 metre reach, powered by a Deutz 100hp engine, the compact dimensions of TF30.7 (under 2m width and height in low cab configuration), make it ideal for low‑access buildings while maintaining strong lifting performance.
    • TF33.7 - a highly versatile 3.3 tonne, 7 metre machine, powered by a Deutz 115 hp engine is engineered as an all‑round handler for everyday agricultural tasks including feeding, loading and material movement

Medium Capacity Agricultural Telehandlers
Designed for higher throughput operations, the mid‑range machines combine increased engine power, hydraulic performance and operator comfort:

    • TF35.7CS-140 - powered by a Deutz 140 hp engine and optioned with cab suspension, delivering enhanced lifting performance and faster cycle times, ideal for busy livestock and arable applications.
    • TF38.10 TTCS‑145 CVTronic - a high‑specification model featuring a 145 hp Perkins engine, cab suspension, 10 metre lift height, frame levelling and boom side-shift as well as Merlo’s CVTronic continuously variable transmission, ensuring smooth power delivery, reduced fuel consumption, and exceptional control during intensive loading cycles.

A range of attachments will also be showcased, including an MX bale spike and Merlo bag handler. All Merlo attachments are supported by Merlo’s Adaptive Stability Control System (ASCS) for safe and efficient operation.

Stabilised Model
P40.17 PLUS- a stabilised or high-lift solution suitable for construction, estates, and diversified businesses with 4 tonne capacity and 17m lift height with boom side shift and frame levelling. The handler range of choice for agricultural shed erectors.

Tracked Carriers for Specialist Applications
Complementing the telehandler line‑up, Merlo’s Cingo tracked carriers provide outstanding versatility in confined or low‑ground‑pressure environments:

    • Cingo M500 DMH - a compact, walk-behind, durable carrier suited to landscaping, estate management, and equestrian tasks. Powered by a Honda 5.5hp petrol engine.
    • Cingo M700TD High-Tip- offering up to 500 kg capacity, powered by a 12 hp Honda petrol engine, with an vibration-proof footplate for increased operator comfort, plus hydraulic drive and multi‑attachment capability for maximum on‑site flexibility. It’s high-tip, scissor lift body is designed to lift over standard UK skips.
